Nathalie Roman is a dedicated Immigration Legal Assistant who brings a strong commitment to social justice, client advocacy, and the empowerment of women and marginalized communities. Originally from Nicaragua, Nathalie draws deeply from her own immigration journey to provide clients with the empathy, cultural awareness, and personal understanding that are vital in immigration legal work. 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in International Business Administration, Nathalie offers a unique combination of academic insight and real-world perspective. Her background equips her to understand immigration law not only from a procedural standpoint but also through the lens of global equity and human dignity. 

At our firm, Nathalie plays a critical role in preparing legal filings, maintaining client communication, and supporting case strategy with diligence and care. She approaches every client interaction with patience and respect, creating a safe space for individuals and families navigating some of the most difficult moments in their lives. 

Passionate about the power of women’s voices and the resilience of immigrant communities, Nathalie believes in the transformative potential of advocacy rooted in compassion. Her work is grounded in a vision of justice that is inclusive, human-centered, and hopeful. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys music, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in activities that renew her spirit and joy.
